Pea Salad, This recipe surprised me! It’s really good!, This recipe was EASY and DELICIOUS. I am always looking for new easy recipes to make after work. I really like peas too so it fit the bill., Just great! I could never make pea salad just like my mom’s so finally I went searching to find out what I was missing. Sour cream! Thanks GinnyP for sharing. used a tbs more of mayo and sour cream and added a tsp bacon grease. Also, I finely diced a tbs yellow onion because it was what I had… don’t worry about the 1 star review. She should write her own recipe.
