Thai Country Style Fish (Pla Nai Suan Rot Det), Zeasty and truly Thai fish recipe, Beautifully simple, wonderfully tasty I made this basically the same as the recipe except for using a fresh chilly on place of the chilly powder and rocket lettuce instead of the mint, as I thought the mint might be a bit over powering Will certainly be doing this again , thanks for sharing this recipe I went for a thai cooking class recently and was not impressed with the results The instructions were confusing too Your recipe however is easy and delicious and best of all free!
