Baked Ocean Perch

Features:
    Cuisine:

Yummy! We had last night for supper with buttered peas and brown rice. I am trying to include more fish in our diet and this was a great way to do it. I do agree, the fish was a little hard to skin, but it was my first time, so I expect it might be easier next time.

Baked Ocean Perch, another ocean perch recipe in response to message board post.,Yummy! We had last night for supper with buttered peas and brown rice. I am trying to include more fish in our diet and this was a great way to do it. I do agree, the fish was a little hard to skin, but it was my first time, so I expect it might be easier next time.,This was wonderful! I too changed it up a bit. used olive oil margarin instead of butter, added a can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh, and added 4 green onion stalks instead of 3. I also added some garlic powder on top. It was great! I really impressed my finance.
