Thick Chocolate Pudding,This is the perfect chocolate pudding. It has a rich chocolate flavor, great texture and is not high in fat. I can’t count the number of times I have made this. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.,I made these yesterday and they turned out very well. used the microwave method. I put all the dry goods into a sifter and sifted them into a 2 1/2 quart CorningWare pot. I added the whole milk and did the 3 minute first heat cycle. used a vented microwave cover just in case of bubbling up. I then did the 1 minute cycles with a stir in between each. After only 2 it seemed pretty thick but I went ahead a gave it the 4 cycles called for and it did seem to maybe get a bit thicker. It does not yield as much pudding as I expected but was quite good. I put it into five 4oz. ramekins. Served them that evening for dessert with whipped cream on top. EZ to prepare and I had none of the problems as reported by some reviews. Thinking of trying almond extract instead of vanilla next time. Thanks for posting!,This has to be the easiest pudding I’ve ever made! I never would’ve thought you can make pudding in the microwave! This is the only way I’ll be making it from now on. It’s so good!
