Easy Fluffy Gluten Free Banana Pancakes,Very Easy to Make! So light and fluffy, smooth textured cake. You would never know it was gluten free! No oil or butter in the batter so you can put heaps of butter on the finished product… using calories the wisest way!,these were amazing! subbed bobs red mill gluten free flour for the rice flour and coconut milk instead of soymilk, also did a splash of pumpkin spice almond milk half and half which added a little cinnamon and vanilla flavor. did honey instead of sugar. tossed in some flax meal, pecans and blueberries for health and done!,These might be the best pancakes I ever made!!! So soft & fluffy! I put only 1 tbs of sugar in & used gluten free flour as I had no rice.. but yum!!! Will definitely be sharing! 😀
