Greek Pork Chops,From Taste of Home,Oh my goodness!!! These are wonderful. used boneless country pork ribs and while I wasn’t able to marinate them 8 hours, I pierced them with a meat fork and used my marinating container from my vacuum sealer. I was a little concerned about the mustard powder (because I’m not a mustard fan) but I couldn’t even taste it. Will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting this Brookelynne. In a Large Resealable Plastic Bag, Combine the First Nine Ingredients; Add the Pork. Seal Bag and Turn to Coat; Refrigerate For 8 Hours or Overnight. |

Drain and Discard Marinade. Using Long-Handled Tongs, Moisten a Paper Towel With Cooking Oil and Lightly Coat the Grill Rack. Grill Pork, Covered, Over Medium Heat About 4 - 6 Minutes Per Side, or Until Just Cooked Through. Let Rest For 5 Minutes Before Serving. |
