1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 - 3 thin lemon slices, for garnish
crackers, for serving or baguette, slices for serving

Very nice. A very different texture and taste. It didn't say whether to drain the tuna or not, but I think it needed it. I drained it and kept the oil, just in case. :) I added lots of pepper and ate it on crackers.

Add the Tuna, Lemon Juice, and Balsamic Vinegar to the Bowl of a Food Processor; Process Until Combined.

Add in the Cream, Butter, and Salt; Pulse Until Well Blended.

Transfer to a Serving Bowl and Keep Chilled/Covered Until Ready to Serve.
