    Cut the Chilli in Half and Discard the Seeds, Chop the Chilli Flesh and Combine in a Small Bowl With the Coriander. Add the Lime Juice, Garlic, Salt and Olive Oil and Mix Well Together. Spoon Onto Each of the Oysters With a Little Caviar.
