Morocco Meets Greece (Chickpea Cucumber Salad With Feta), I made Sam#3’s Recipe #296860 and didnt quite feel like using it all as a dip, so my sis and me came up with this super yummy, crisp salad Im sure it would be lovely with some pita bread I hope youll enjoy it as much as we did :), This was very good I was lucky enough to find a dill plant hiding in the garden, so used some fresh dill instead of the dried, which I do not really like My hummus was storebought and perhaps had some ingredients that were a little too strong – did not quite balance correctly with the others, I hope to try this with my own hummus or something a little more neutral next time A nice way to use hummus , I really enjoyed this salad, the flavours just blend beautifully; simple and the end result is even better used fresh dill instead of dried Thanks for sharing, I will be making again
