I think it is a great recipe, but personally I thought it tasted more like confectioners sugar and less like peanut butter... I ended up using more evaporated milk and peanut butter for my icing.

Peanut Butter Icing, Wonderful on chocolate cake , I think it is a great recipe, but personally I thought it tasted more like confectioners sugar and less like peanut butter I ended up using more evaporated milk and peanut butter for my icing , Absolutely amazing on banana nut bread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
