    Pancake, Regular, old-fashion easy to make pancake recipe , used Splenda in place of the sugar and light margarine for the butter I also added a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon for that extra flavor They turned out quite nicely!, My husband began making pancakes for breakfast this morning and discovered he didn’t have enough box mix He asked me to find a recipe I choose this one and it is a KEEPER!! They are nice and fluffy and very tasty! I am going to make a nice freezer batch this weekend for quick breakfast during the week!

    While Eggs and Milk Warm, in a Large Bowl, Sift Together the Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt. After Thoroughly Sifting the Ingredients Make a Well in the Center of the Bowl to Pour in the Wet Ingredients.

    in a Small Bowl, Beat Eggs Lightly, Then Add Melted Butter and Beat Until Mixed, Finally Lightly Beat in Milk and Vanilla. Next Pour Wet Ingredients Into the Well in the Large Bowl, and Mix Until Smooth.

    Heat Lightly Oiled Griddle or Large Frying Pan Over Medium High Heat. Pour 1/4 Cup of Batter Onto Frying Pan and Wait Till Bubbles Form, Flip Then Brown Other Side and Serve.
