Sauted Mushrooms With Red Wine,Excellent served as a side dish with steak, roast beef or even chicken. The lemon gives the mushrooms a nice tangy flavour which mixes well with the flavour of the red wine.,A very easy and very tasty side dish! Definitely will be going back to this recipe again!,I didn’t have any fresh parsley on hand. So, to save a trip to the store, used 2 teaspoons of dried parsley. I also used a garlic salt and pepper blend. They turned out fantastic!
