    These are simple to prepare. used the extra sauce from the pan for the top of the burgers. I didn't add or change a thing. I had to use the electric skillet instead of grilling. We had Gamja JoRim as a side.

    Korean Hamburgers,Yes, it is one TABLESPOON of minced garlic! These are absolutely wonderful. Serve on a bun with teriyaki sauce….. ————– If freezing in advance, you might want to lessen the garlic just a little as the flavor intensifies. Unless you’re like me and LOVE the taste!,These are simple to prepare. used the extra sauce from the pan for the top of the burgers. I didn’t add or change a thing. I had to use the electric skillet instead of grilling. We had Gamja JoRim as a side.,I add some ginger or Chinese 5 Spice, a bit (1 Tblsp) of ketchup, use brown sugar and reduce the soy sauce to 3 Tablespoons. Other options are crushed red pepper or some hot sauce, I like my homemade chipotle hot sauce.
