Tex-Mex Pork Chops,A quick recipe to do, no need to marinade the pork chops. One of my favorite bbq recipe. Comes from Coup de Pouce (magazine in Quebec),Both my husband and my son thought these were excellent. I was out of cumin, so I left it out. Can’t wait to try it next time with that extra ingredient, it’s one of our favorites!,These pork chops were very easy and quite flavorful. We used 1 T. cumin and 1 t. chili powder and allowed to marinate overnight. Will definitely make again.
