Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts,Another gem adapted from the National Chicken Council, this recipe uses spices and flavors of the topical Caribbean to liven up the humble (and often bland) chicken breasts. As warm weather approaches in the northern hemisphere, this will be a hit at the family BBQ.,Even after more than 2 days marinating, there wasn’t much flavor. Very moist, but none of the flavor came through.,Yummy and different than the same old same old grilled chicken. We enjoyed this and will definitely make it again, next time we’ll use an injector to get the juice through.
