Easy Crock Pot Barbecue Chicken Legs, Economical, healthy, easy to prepare, and tasty!, I made the sauce the night before so that the sugar breaks down not gritty and added a teaspoon of rice vinegar. Of course if I had had apple cider vinegar that would’ve been better. I liked the sauce…just wanted that “twang”., What if I dont have brown sugar? I bbq sauce though. They dont burm if u lay them on the bottom? Or should they be submerged in the sauce?
