I ended up using 2 zucchini and 3 tomatoes I left off the butter and baked the entire thing since my microwave was on the fritz 375 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes then took off the foil and baked another 20 Saving this one for using all that zucchini this summer

Lightly Grease a Small Casserole Dish. |

Place a Layer of Zucchini on the Base Followed by a Layer of Tomatoes. |

Repeat the Process Until All Ingredients Are Used, Ending in a Layer of Tomatoes. |

Sprinkle With Bread (or Rice) Crumbs and Dot With Butter. Several Slices of Tomatoes Can Also Be Placed on Top of Crumbs For Decoration. |
