      Rinse Split Peas and Soak in Cold Water Overnight.

      Drain Thoroughly, and Place in a Blender. Blend to a Still Lumpy Consistency.

      Add to a Bowl With All Other Ingredients and Mix Well. Add a Little Water If Needed.

      Heat Oil in Pan.

      Shape Mixture to Small Balls, and Fry Until Golden Brown.

      Drain on Absorbant Paper and Serve With Bread, or Alone.
