Danish Blue Cheese Salad,This recipe is from Scandinavian Feasts by Beatrice Ojakangas. Everyone in my family loves it.,I love anything that has blue cheese in it, especially salad… So, this was perfect for a hot summer day. Thanks for sharing! Made for CQ 2017 Scandinavia for the Happy Campers,My husband loves blue cheese, so had to make this salad. I also love the addition of radishes, they always give a salad a little punch. The dressing itself does not take away from the salad, just adds to it. Made for ZWT9.
