Sweetly Baked Bananas,This recipe is from Guatemala. This is posted for the ZWT4.,This was wonderful. I was a bit skeptical of the sour cream, but it surprisingly works quite well with the baked bananas. It’s really easy to prepare, and I’ll consider this recipe the next time I have a stack of over-ripe bananas (instead of the usual banana bread). I could easily get used to having this at least once a week. Yum. Thanks, Lavender Lynn. Made for Culinary Quest 2017 (Central America).,I liked it! I did opt for lime juice over lemon. I like limes better and next time I will whisk the juice into the sour cream and opt for the suggestion another reviewer made, drizzle with spiced rum for the adults in the room. Made for CQ 2017
