Deviled Tuna Eggs, This sounds unusual, but I always loved putting boiled eggs in my tuna, so I just turned it inside out Since there are no egg yolks, it is better for the cholesteral It is also super high in protein Did I also say, it is delicious , I made these today on a lazy Sunday afternoon and my 9 yr old scarfed them down The instructions could use some work as it said to boil 6 eggs but to only stuff 4 of them I assumed the other 2 were to be diced and added to the tuna salad but I thought that would be overkill and only used 1 additional egg I may add some mustard next time but other than that, these were great Thanks for posting 🙂
