Easy Fried Potatoes & Onions,This is so good. My grandmother was from Ireland and she used to make this dish all the time. When I make it, it always reminds me of her. I hope you enjoy it :),I was only going to give this recipe 4 stars since it didn’t specify at what heat to cook the onions (or the potatoes, for that matter), so I had to find another recipe to go by for that part of the process. However, I didn’t want to ruin the perfect 5-star score for something that trivial, especially since the recipe in itself is delicious and deserves 5 stars. But it would be helpful if you could add the heat settings to your recipe so kitchen-challenged people like me don’t end up in a panic!,These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then used season salt instead of regular salt. We all enjoyed them.
