Directions
Easy Grilled Lime Chicken- W/ OAMC Directions Too!, Thaw and marinate your chicken at the same time in this wonderful concoction! Toss it all in a zipper seal bag and throw in the refrigerator. Ready the next day to throw on the grill! Use bone in or boneless. This marinade will cover about 4 lbs of chicken., This is a great blend of flavors and really excites your taste buds! Add that fact that it’s quick and easy – and it’s a keeper for sure! I halved the marinade and used 1 lb. of boneless chicken tenderloins. They marinated all day. Then I sauteed in a little oil on top of the stove. I added about 2 T. of the marinade and simmered to reduce it; this intensified the flavor., We liked this, but it was a bit too tangy for our liking. I think next time I’ll reduce the lime juice a bit. Five stars for the ease of preparation, though :
