The Neely’s Caprese Tart, I have not tried this recipe I got this from Food Network it’s a The Neely’s recipe from Down Home with the Neelys , This is one of the best tart/pizza recipes I have ever tasted! I saw the episode and had to try it right away It is so easy and sooo good If I could give it a 10 star rating, I would Thx for posting , This recipe did not work out too good for me, though I think it was my fault it got mushy and wet on the bottom but I think I put too much pesto on and too cheese and that is what caused it It did taste good though

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees F.

Roll Out the Puff Pastry Dough on a Lightly Floured Surface to Form a Rectangle Less Than 1/4-Inch Thick. Place on Top of a Cookie Sheet, Lined With Parchment Paper. Brush Dough With Egg Wash. Bake For 10 Minutes.

Cover Baked Dough With Pesto. Add Sliced Tomatoes and Mozzarella on Top. Bake For Another 5 Minutes or Until Cheese Melts.
