Lemon Asparagus,Simple yet tasty way to serve asparagus. It is low cal too! I like to make the sauce in a large skillet and when ready to serve add the steamed asparagus to the skillet and roll them in the sauce – just for a minute you want the asparagus to still have some crunch,There is one vegetable that will never have leftovers in my house and that’s asparagus. My daughter, alone, will eat an entire bunch if you leave her alone with them. So, we’re always looking for new and interesting way to prepare it. This was so so very yummy!
