    In a Medium Bowl, Stir Together Mangoes, Onion, Cilantro, Oil, Cumin, Salt and Cayenne. Add Tuna; Stir Gently to Break Up Slightly. Cover and Refrigerate Up to 4 Hours, If Desired.
