Orange, Onion and Olive Salad (Munkaczina), This is a very simple and refreshing salad from the Middle East It comes from The Gentle Art of Cookery by Mrs C F Leyel and Miss Olga Hartley and was published in The Good Cook Salads , I couldn’t quite get my head around what the combination of flavours might be like so, of course, I had to try it 🙂 I’m so glad I did! It made a great light lunch paired with your Hab el jose and flatbread Thanks so much for posting!Made for World Tour 2019
