Oven Fried Pork Chops,This recipe came from the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. My husband is a “meat and potatoes” man, and he likes it a lot.,What a great simple recipe. The chops turned out perfect. I had large boneless pork chops so I cooked them a little longer. They were wonderful, lovely meal served with mashed potatoes and salad. Thanks for sharing.
