Savoury Couscous

Features:
    Cuisine:

It's a decent recipe but it contains a mistake; the ingredients say "finely sliced onions" but the directions says "finely chopped" and I assume the latter is correct.

Savoury Couscous, Simple cous cous perfect for side dish , It’s a decent recipe but it contains a mistake; the ingredients say finely sliced onions but the directions says finely chopped and I assume the latter is correct , Easy to do and delicious! Caramelised onions work wonderfully and I go heavy with sultanas when I add Couscous to stock I’ve only ever done it with beef stock as I never seem to have chicken stock in when I look up this dish But have never had complaints I go 1 5 cups Couscous to 2 cups stock My family are not big on coriander, so I don’t use it Will try with shallots next time! Great go-to recipe when I’m stuck for a quick fix!! Thanks!
