Seared Salmon With Balsamic Glaze,I saw this on Sara’s Secrets and couldn’t wait to try it! The sauce brings out the sweetness in the fish. Enjoy!,This is a fantastic recipe and very easy. used wild coho/silver fillets. I dont like my salmon cooked through, so I cut the cooking time by several minutes. Also, Im not sure what the reserved tsp of brown sugar is for (the directions didnt say what to do with it). I will make this again!,If there were a Nobel Prize for recipes, this would win hands down. This is the best salmon dish I have ever made, and we’re big fans of salmon in my family, eating it at least once a week. The glaze is delicious, and so so simple and easy, yet the flavor is beautifully complex. I’m thinking it might be good with chicken, too. You must try this, your taste buds will thank you.
