Directions
Beef Curry Stir-Fry, This is a very hearty stir-fry. Serve over rice or noodles., I thought this dish was good. To me, it is more like a Pepper Steak Stir-Fry., I was disappointed with this because it was very bland. It didn’t taste bad, it just only tasted of meat and vegetables. I added the meat marinade in with the dish rather than draining the meat. The directions didn’t say. This resulted in the meat being a bit boiled.
