    Drain Two Cans of the Rotel. Dump All Three Cans Into Blender (2 Drained, 1 not Drained). Add Remaining Ingredients. Pulse Until Desired Consistency.

    *smoking or Broiling the Peppers Adds a Delicious Flavor. Do That First, and Then Seed Them.

    *sometimes I Throw in Cherry Tomatoes If I Have Them and Need to Use Them Up.

    *i Buy Cilantro by the Bunch. I Cut Them Off Where They Are Bound, and Then Wash Them. I Then Take Half the Bunch and Throw the Whole Thing Into the Blender.
