North African-Grilled Corn on the Cob, Recipe from Cooking Light magazine , A few comments were, too salty , no, not for me , delicious , yum , it’s ok – from ‘will never eat again’ to ‘please make this again soon’ I melted the butter & added the spices to brush on the corn while cooking which worked well Then I burned it a bit on one side *I* thought it was s bit heavy on the cumin Corn gets a totally different texture when cooked on a grill vs boiling or steaming I think many were not expecting that I cut the 4 ears up into smaller pieces to make more servings I will be making this again this week & will cut back on salt & cumin plus watch them cooking more carefully! Made for ZWT9, Mike & the Appliance Killers
