Crock Pot Chicken & Stuffing, Just found this on the WW site – looks wonderful! Easy and filling and perfect for point counters! 4 servings = 7 points/serving Source: no-ip com/crockpot html, Can u use chicken thighs instead of breast, Delicious! I have always had difficulty with chicken & stuffing crock pot meals being dried out and, well, lacking in flavor too! With this recipe, I sprinkled some seasoning on the chicken, added the frozen green beans recommended by a previous commenter, and used cream of chicken instead of mushroom (personal preference) I was running a bit late for dinner so I cooked this on high for just over three hours Perfect!Next time I will double everything for our family of 8 I will use one can cream of chicken and one cream of celery I also used chicken broth instead of the 1/2 cup of water ~ more flavor, why not!? :)Thanks for a simple, tasty meals perfect for our crazy life!
