Chilis Copycat Cajun Chicken Pasta

It was pretty good! I changed it up a little by Cooking my chicken in a skillet and then after the chicken cooked I set my chicken to the side and used that same skillet to make the sauce(I thought itd be good to have that extra flavor). I also put a little bit of the cheese in the sauce to thicken it and add the tomatoes into it as well. Pretty tasty if I do say so myself.

Chili’s Copycat Cajun Chicken Pasta, I can never get enough of Chili’s whether it’s just their fresh salsa and bottomless tortilla chips or their Quesadilla Explosion salad! So here’s yet another Chili’s favorite to try at HOME!, It was pretty good! I changed it up a little by Cooking my chicken in a skillet and then after the chicken cooked I set my chicken to the side and used that same skillet to make the sauce(I thought itd be good to have that extra flavor) I also put a little bit of the cheese in the sauce to thicken it and add the tomatoes into it as well Pretty tasty if I do say so myself , Was definitly flavorful, i would def cut the seasonings in 1/2 it was very salty but i am sure that was my fault since i added extra cajun seasoning to the sauce and some of the parm to thicken it up, could probably just do 2 cups of the heavy cream, will make again but tweak it a bit
