Crunchy Ranch Chicken Fingers

Features:
    Cuisine:

These were nice and easy to make. used panko crumbs instead of corn flakes because I love panko crumbs. They definitely needed dip, and the ranch taste didn't come through very strong. They were very moist and nice and crunchy. The kids loved them.

Crunchy Ranch Chicken Fingers,An easy appetizer or part of a meal. Try using other dressings for a different taste, use cilantro instead of parsley or add some chili powder for an extra zing,These were nice and easy to make. used panko crumbs instead of corn flakes because I love panko crumbs. They definitely needed dip, and the ranch taste didn’t come through very strong. They were very moist and nice and crunchy. The kids loved them.,Made this to go along with Yummy Vegetable Soup#84353 and we had a delicious lunch. I marinated the chicken early in the morning in the dressing and then I added some parmasan cheese and Old Bay seasoning for chicken/fish to the corn flake crumbs, sprayed the top of the chicken and baked. Made for Let’s Party December 2010 tag game.
