    Wahoo Fish,fresh wahoo cooked in griddle pan after 30 min marinade in olive oil, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, chillli flakes.,It was ok. I’m just not a huge fan of wahoo. The other three people loved it?,Juiced two each, limes & lemons & about 1/2 t of red pepper flakes. Cooked only 3-4 minutes per side.
