Pasta And Beans

So wonderful! I followed the recipe to the letter except significantly increasing the garlic, adding some crushed red pepper and using garbanzo's. 3 & 5 year old loved...as did I! I only added a small bit of spinach to the main dish and put most of it in my own bowl and then tossed with the hot pasta and sauce to wilt it to ensure the kids would eat it. SO good! The kids were fighting for the feta chunks. Who knew?

Pasta And Beans, A simple yet lively tasting meatless, weeknight supper., So wonderful! I followed the recipe to the letter except significantly increasing the garlic, adding some crushed red pepper and using garbanzo’s. 3 & 5 year old loved…as did I! I only added a small bit of spinach to the main dish and put most of it in my own bowl and then tossed with the hot pasta and sauce to wilt it to ensure the kids would eat it. SO good! The kids were fighting for the feta chunks. Who knew?, Excellent pasta. i halved the recipe, but still used all the beans. I cooked the pasta in the sauce so I added some chicken broth. It turned out absolutely delicious. I also subbed herbes de provence and regular goat cheese, because I couldn’t find feta. Again, great recipe. Really great one pot meal for a college student. Thanks!
