Summer Couscous, From 365 Ways to Cook Pasta I’d be tempted to try this with Israeli couscous , WOW, this is just super DELICIOUS!!!! I loved everything about this recipe: It was easy and quick to make, is healthy and tastes so yummy! The earthy green pepper and crunchy carrot are complemented nicely by the mellow couscous, sharp garlic and zesty onion Mmmm, great blend of flavours! I left out the celery due to personal preference, but other than that stuck to the recipe and it was perfect! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this wonderful recipe with us, dicentra!
