Steve’s Ghetto Chicken Parm, This is DH’s lazy chicken parm recipe It is too easy to be so good I make an awesome chicken parm but sometimes I just really crave this recipe This particular recipe serves 4 but it is just as quick and easy to make for 1 or 10 Hope you enjoy!, My family loved it I didn’t care for it, but I think my taste are a lot more sophisticated It was very easy to make , This is great and simple to throw together Used Mozz instead of Provolone because it is what I had on hand Since it was shredded, I didn’t really measure, just sort of overed it Didn’t measure spices either, just did it to taste Thanks for an easily tweakable weeknight meal
