The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry, I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn’t call for any unusual ingredients., The pandemic has me living at home with my elderly parents in my hometown of 1300…not a lot of choices in restaurants let alone Chinese. I was desperate for good broccoli beef and found this recipe because even the grocery stores don’t carry much beyond basic Asia staples like oyster sauce and cooking sherry . I prepared this recipe as directed. Wonderful! 4 stars because I would use a little more ginger or fresh ginger, grated, and about a half to a full tablespoon less of the brown sugar. Overall a very easy, tasty, and I would even say kid friendly recipe for a popular Chinese dish. Thank you for sharing and satisfying this long time Chicagoan craving for Chinese food., Great recipe! Just made it for the first time, definitely saving this recipe ??
