Guinness Burgers, Beer – it’s not just for drinking any more!, I was excited to try this simple recipe based on the reviews but was pretty disappointed with the result. They weren’t bad burgers, but all you can taste is the chili sriracha sauce. The taste of Guinness is nowhere to be found. If I were to make them again, I would use maybe 2 Tbsp of chili sauce and omit the tobacco altogether because it doesn’t add anything that the chili sauce isn’t already adding.
