    What a treasure of a recipe! Where have you been hiding? Lol! Thrilled I found this hidden gem. We had a restaurant nearby that served a similar recipe but this is even better. Sauce is heavenly. Mine looks a smidgen brown because I had huge chicken pieces that I could not pound down so added some chicken stock to pan to get them done. I seasoned chicken with pepper and onion powder as I did not have dried chives. Wish the ingredients were listed in same order as directions. Agree with other reviewer that cheese is probably unnecessary and think I will omit next time. As other reviewer said perfect with recipe#108262. Thank you for sharing.

    Remove the Skin from the Chicken Breasts& Pound the Fillets to Flatten Them Slightly.

    Grill or Fry the Fillets Until They Are Cooked, Set Aside.
