    Chicken Satay Kabobs,Thai style chicken kabob. These are very flavorful when marinated overnight.,I do not like curry … nothing curry …. one of those things I ate that made me sick so can’t even stand the smell of it .. NUF …. recommend a substitute, please,Some people complain it is too salty and it could be because it’s missing an important ingredient in Thai cooking: coconut milk! If unavailable it could be substituted with plain yogurt. Also, forget the peanut butter for marinade it should be used for dipping sauce only.

    Place Cubes of Chicken on Skewers and Grill on Both Sides Until Done.
