Barbs Fried Apples Diabetic Low Fat

Features:
    Cuisine:

Very nice recipe. I invited a woman who is diabetic for dinner, and this recipe was just perfect. Not too sweet, not too heavy, not too gooey. used Granny Smith apples. I peeled them, but next time I may save the time and not bother. I forgot to buy ice cream or Cool Whip, but the apples were fine without any enhancements. A very nice recipe to use after a heavy meal.
