The only thing I changed was the addition of seasoning my flour. I notice that some people complain of the breading being a little bland, so I’ve always added some seasoning to my flour to help with this. Added the following: 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt 1 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder and a couple of dashes of Cayenne Pepper Other than that, I think this recipe holds up perfectly. Don’t forget to let your gravy thicken a little. Delicious!, Very good, used boneless skinless thighs and I marinated them overnight in buttermilk with drop of hot sauce added more black pepper to flour. Really great with the gravy and a biscuit.
