We can’t stop eating this guys, they are SO good! I have smoked salmon from the Pike Place Market in Seattle, which is my absolute, all-time favourite salmon ever! It was perfectly paired with the avocado and the crisp chips I will absolutely make this dish again My husband is insisting on it! Made for Newest Tag game Thanks Boomette! 🙂

    With the Rack in the Middle Position, Preheat the Oven to 200c (400f). Line a Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper.

    in a Bowl, Toss the Potato Slices With the Oil. Arrange the Slices on the Baking Sheet. Bake Until Golden Brown, About 20 Minutes. Remove the Chips from the Baking Sheet. Season With Salt. in Another Bowl, Combine the Avocado With the Lime Juice, Herbs and Sugar. Season With Salt and Pepper.
