    Add Remaining Butter to Skillet; Cook Onion, Mushrooms, and Green Pepper For 5 Minutes.

    Add Broth, Stirring Until Thick and Smooth.

    Add Bay Leaf, Cloves, and Chicken Livers; Cover and Simmer For 15 Minutes; Remove Bay Leaf and Cloves.
