Chile Nut Honey W/Cheese

This was delicious. I made it for the family Easter get together, and it was the only dish that was completely finished.
used toasted, salted sunflower seeds... what I had on hand. I rolled the cheese in them, and the ground some hot dried chiles over the cheese and drizzled it with the honey. Served with sliced sourdough baguette. A real winner!

Preheat Oven to 350.

in Shallow Baking Pan Toast Walnuts For 10-12 Minutes. Cool Slightly; Chop Coarsely.

in a Bowl, Stir Together the Nuts, Honey and Ground Pepper.

to Serve, Bring Cheese to Room Temperature.
