Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken, This dish is brimming with lots of spinach, onion and feta Serve it up with steamed rice for a complete meal Or try it over a bed of mixed greens Found this through WW, only 5 pts per serving , I must have done something wrong, but I sAw many other reviews said 10 minutes was not long enough as well- it definitely was not! I pounded the chicken breasts but it still took so long that everything on the inside tasted rubbery and gross, I had to put it in the oven for an extra 15 Use thin breasts, cut them, bake or sautee them a little bit first something! Also Im sure experienced cooks and intelligent people everywhere knew what to do with the onions, but after sauting the onions, there was no instruction as to what to do with them!! What is that? Like ok great now enjoy your sauted onions some other time, thats not part of the meal ????, Im a 17 yr old who has never used a frying pan/ skillet for anything other than eggs, and i’ve especially never cooked any form of meat before unless it was in a microwaveable quick dinner, but I decided to try this recipe and it worked! I have no skills but it really worked out and tasted delicious! my family was impressed one thing i did though was put a lid on it so it would cook through, cause thats what my dad advised, and i cooked it and im definately gonna make this often
